Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026.
Top of the World never asks for an account, an email address, a password or a phone number. This page simply explains what the site keeps, why and for how long.
Who is responsible for your data?
Christelle Chocho, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel under French law), publisher of Top of the World. Address: 28 rue de la Paix, 77170 Servon, France. Email: contact@prozissimo.com.
What a game saves
Nothing on our server. Your artist's name, choices and scores stay in the page while you play, and disappear when you close it.
What stays in your browser
Your browser's local storage (localStorage) keeps only two settings: whether the sound is muted or not, and your choice about audience measurement. They are never sent to our server.
What our server sees
Like any website, the server receives each visitor's IP address and browser type in order to send them the pages. These technical logs are only used to run the site and protect it from abuse, and they are deleted after a few days. The font and all the images are served from our own server.
Cookies and Google services
Top of the World sets no cookies by default. Google Analytics 4, which measures visits, is only loaded if you accept it in the consent window; it then sets its “_ga” cookies for 6 months at most. Later, Google AdSense ads may be shown after your choice in the Google-certified consent message. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the game page.
Why, and on what legal basis?
- Running the game and protecting it from abuse: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- Measuring the audience with Google Analytics and, later, showing ads: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives your data?
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to anyone. OVH SAS hosts the site in France. Google only receives data if you accept audience measurement (and, later, advertising), under its own rules: see Google's privacy policy. The authorities may receive data when the law requires us to provide it.
Younger players
If you are under 15 in France (or under the age set in your country), do not accept audience measurement without a parent's permission: decline it in the consent window. The game works exactly the same way.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@prozissimo.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

This page is a translation of the French privacy policy: if the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
